The service
Finpal provides personal budgeting tools, optional bank connectivity via Plaid, receipt features, and AI-assisted insights. Features may change as we improve the product.
Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Finpal is for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the app is professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
AI features
Outputs from AI features may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should verify important information independently before relying on it.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Third parties
Bank linking is subject to Plaid’s and your financial institution’s terms. Other integrations may have separate terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finpal and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
